I have a question about magic. I know people can use it here, but what I want to know is how. My people, the Deimos, could use magic in my own world. But only by drawing power from spirit stones. They were mined from the earth, or found by killing monsters.

However, when my friends and I saved the world from evil, all spirit stones lost their power. There's no magic for us anymore. Besides that, I haven't found any spirit stones in Genessia.

How does magic work for you and your world?

Wow..! This month has been so amazingly busy, hasn't it? Especially with all of these Pokemon! I've never been able to explore so far for alchemy ingredients, but my new friends do so well keeping me safe. I hope that they stay a while.

Oh! But but. With it being summer, I've got to start rrrreally gathering ingredients and storing them for winter. Otherwise, I can't make as much with my alchemia when the plants die. I don't know if anyone is looking for work, but I'm hiring another adventurer for the AlcheMagia Workshop! Is anyone interested? I'd be really grateful if I could hire someone before summer ends.

The same for apprenticeships! If anyone wants to learn an extra skill, please consider alchemia! I even put together a whole lesson plan! I think it'd take like... four... six months, to teach the basics? And then you can open your own workshop, and make your own stuff, and teach more people, and then they can teach people, and then...! (giggle) Wouldn't it be great?

I should be irritated with some of the people here who never pointed me in the right direction [ Her... bright green ears flash a weak yellow for a moment. ] but that's speaking from 20/20 hindsight, so I'll let that go. Apparently, this cafe is filled with bunnies. More than I've seen in Camp de Fae! It's extremely relaxing. There might not be a lot of bunnies in all the cities, but I've found a paradise here. I still owe my thanks to those who helped me... Terra in particular. My new charge can have more friends now!

[That was all that was said, the device in a moment of pitch darkness. So it was hard to tell just what exactly was beautiful, but it was clearly obvious it was Winry's voice coming through the device, after a moment or Winry appears on the feed. She seemed excited over something. It wasn't long before she turned around and now showing what appeared to be a prosthetic.]

Have you seen the craftsmanship on this baby? The design of it and how much time and effort they must have put into such a thing.

[She moved in, kneeling down slightly to take a closer look, she's gotta admire it up close. or at least as close as she could get considering it was on the other side of a shop window. It wasn't long before the young woman was talking to herself again.]

I wonder what materials they used. Was it a metal, or was it something else? How is it's durability? What can it withstand? Weight, weather... [She gives out a little squee of delight before she runs over to the next window looking in.]

I came to Nova City to look at how advanced things were here in the art of prosthetics or automail as I know it. There is so much I could learn here in both the medical field and this... a lot of what I have seen...Has me wondering a lot more. More so in the field of the supernatural and learning about their medical needs.

So I am thinking of going to Everglade, which means I need to ask someone to take me there since I've been told to do that. [And she listened, she is asking. Adela was bundled up, walking alone when she passed through the gates between Genessia and Nova City. It was bright, sunny, and beautiful. But more than that, it was amazing just to see everything -- though perhaps it was a little distracting as well.

She really only had one place in mind for the day, and it was the Sky Gardens -- trying to take in too much would just be overwhelming, and a little taste of home that didn't involve going to Fayren sounded really good then. It was terrifying to take a hovercraft up, but it was worth it when she wound up in the Evergreen Forest Garden. Without her realizing it her hair began to change colour, becoming Bright Orange as she began to look around. It felt like the forest in summer, and it was enriching to see something familiar and yet at once be thousands of feet in the air. It was beautiful, strange, but calm and serene and...

Her expression fell.

It was familiar, it was lovely, but what stung was the first real thought that came to mind of it. A sigh left her soon after, and she found herself heading to a bench and seating herself to simply look around, her hair then becoming Cyan. It was almost ironic to see the flowering plants she had wound up near, knowing what day was arriving soon, and unable to keep that one thought from going through her mind.

"Keith would love this, would he not..."

Nature, exploring new surroundings, Nehra it reminded her so much of how they did that together among other things. It just made her heart ache all that much more when it shouldn't have.

She should have been happy, going to the dream docks, seeing him again, actually in a relationship with him in Nautilus, but... She wasn't in Nautilus. That was a dream, and she couldn't just stay in the dream now could she? Even if it had truly happened, that wasn't reality for her there. It might never be, and that was the worst part of it all. By the time she'd been allowed to think and stew for a while, her hair darkening into Cadet Blue right about then.

I... Apologize. For my behaviour in Fayren. As loathed as I am to admit it, I... I was not myself.

Funny thing that happens: you use magic to shield yourself from the snow, it never becomes a problem. Run out of that magic and bundle yourself up the old fashioned way, and snow makes its life goal to cover you and make you feel cold. Maybe the ice monsters wandering around might be at fault, she swore that there was some ice beast snickering at her after she wound up dropping into a snow trap. Just to put icing on the already iced up cake, Konoka was sure one of those giant trolls made a rude gesture in her direction.

But for all of her misery of moving out here, Konoka's largest concern was finding Setsuna. Though her partner said that she was going on a stealth mission and forbade her from coming, and Konoka normally trusted her judgment, the brunette couldn't shake something feeling very, very wrong this time around. Though Eva's training was over, she remembered her limits well. It couldn't hurt to give the (artificial?) snow a middle finger for a bit, and let her power chase it off for just a bit longer...

I've been named a new deputy for Fayren, and will be running its healer division. In the name of this, my store, Mahora Fortune and Onmyodo, is moving over to Fayren as well. Apologies to those shoppers in Everglade! I will be arranging something to help Everglade with protection and healing on a later date. If you have any questions, I'll try to answer them as best as I can.

I have a small medical bay attached to my store now, so if you need some sort of healing, please stop by! I'm more adept at cuts and bruises than I am at diseases, but I'll certainly try to help those.

Hello. This unit is new to the Genessia region, and is not adjusted to the very different level of technology that is here from this unit's previous home world. The provided directions for use of this phone were useful, at the least, though the sort of magic that must power it is... Well, not this unit's specialty.

This unit could use some general guidance, and possibly assistance finding an appropriate master or mistress to follow in due time. This unit is aware that some people will find that phrasing disturbing; please understand, it is this unit's programming and nature to be a follower and support. However, its now-nonpresent previous master was very clear that this unit should not rush the decision of a master. Hopefully, this will allow me the opportunity to follow someone saner.

This unit can also answer questions as to its own abilities, for the curious, though it is unsure where to start on description thereof. Where DO you start when the technology level's different? Is healing magic still a thing here?
