[Here's a face you might have seen a lot more of lately, given that she's one of the New Big Things on the modelling scene. Even Ann herself is not sure what's changed, but she's determined to make the most of it.

And of course, with Halloween coming up there's been a lot of call for costumed shoots as different stores compete for the buying public's attention. And that's what leads Ann to posting here, sat in what appears to be some sort of dressing room area with a rail full of different costumes behind her.

She's currently clad in a black catsuit, a headband with cat ears perched on her head - apparently Lady Feline is still one of the most popular options around here. Which would also explain why she has a whip in her hands - and based on her grip, it's not the first time she's held one.]

So, here's a question. Does anyone have any skills that people automatically make assumptions about? Because I think I've already run out of ways today to explain that just because I know how to hold a whip properly, I must have some secret double life as a dominatrix or something.

[They're not even wrong about the double life part, to be fair.

She lifts her gaze, then, from looking pensively at the whip to facing the camera more directly.]

He's only a little frustrated to find himself here of all places after dealing with the Big Guy in the arena, but hey, he's alive and in one piece. [Kaoru sounded as chipper as ever but he had a purpose for his attitude. Guess who was working on their persona as an idol. It was a work in progress since he was by himself and didn't have his brother to work off of.]

I've been wanting to do something and I am finding it hard to find the right people for it. [He glances over, there was a pile of papers beside him. The pout was at least gone, but he was still putting on the act]

I need some models or inspiration for something I am working on. As a thank you I will, of course, make the outfit I design for you. Call it an exclusive outfit only for you. [He couldn't help but laugh slightly before giving a little wink.]

[As hard as she's been working to get a foothold into the modelling scene around Genessia, Ann's come to the conclusion that she needs to find a second job. She can't help but feel guilty that Ren is working so hard to cover the rent and beyond that, she's finding she wants more disposable income than she currently has.

She hadn't been sure what she might be suited for. But then she'd happened across a notice that an arcade in Nova City was looking for matchmakers and, well, that could be fun, right?

That's the attitude she walks in with, at least, determined to make a good first impression on her new boss and to help others with their love lives even as she's not sure quite how qualified she really is to advise. She's friendly, eager and determined to do her best and she even finds some good customers.

Then there's the ones who aren't so good. The ones who seem to have mistaken matchmaker for something else, something far less wholesome and wholly inappropriate for an arcade. And that's where people might hear Ann raise her voice, stern and relenting only at genuine apologies. By the end of the day, she's exhausted but oddly fulfilled.

Which isn't to say she's above a little PSA in the aftermath.]

[Based on the view behind Ann and the ambient sounds of cutlery and drinks being made, she's filming this from a cafe. Because she thinks she deserves cake after the day she's had, but she wants to get this out before she forgets.]

All right. I figured most of you would know this anyway but after today I think people might need a reminder. The Aphrodite's Love Matching & Arcade matchmaking service is not about you coming in and paying for sex. I'm sure there are places around the cities where you can do that sort of thing but our service is for people who are genuinely looking for a relationship and I for one will not expose our customers to people who are so obviously only after one thing.

And no, the matchmakers aren't there for you to have sex with either. Trying it anyway won't make us believe that you're genuinely interested in what we do. We can help you deal with potential relationships better but we will not help you to trick someone into thinking they're getting something they're not.

Action; Arrival
[Well this was certainly unexpected. He was about to go with the team he was assigned to, to deal with something and instead he found himself waking up in a pod and with little to no idea on how he got there. So with a bump to the head from sitting upright too quickly and hitting the top of the pod, Timcampy sitting on his shoulder for the time being as his little Pokefriend keeping close, looking over everything the young man moved to leave the Bay. Rubbing the top of his head with his left hand he was trying to get his bearings on his surroundings. As his eyes glanced around, it was obvious about one thing:

This wasn't the world he had been in before. Did the darkness take him somewhere else instead? How did it do that without him even noticing? He couldn't help but give a small sigh as the hologram soon switched on revealing a woman in white.

It was enough to cause the young man to jump slightly from not expecting it, but he soon found himself listening. It was at least explaining the situation like the moogles did when he was in the last world. That was always positive.

As soon as it was done he went to where she had started maps have been and picked one out. It... was probably for the best for someone who had to keep being told to not get lost.]

Alright, so first stop we should get a job as soon as possible. Alright, Timcampy. Link Jr. [With that in mind, he started to unfold the map. It might be a while before he actually starts going anywhere.]

Action; Getting Lost
[As much as getting a map was a good idea, the white-haired boy was still very much prone to getting lost in new places. As he was staring at the map, turning it before looking up again. Timcampy soon flew off his head and started to fly around while he was occupied, he was going to explore in his own way... or find someone to actually help.]

[Once he had finally been to the places he was meant to have gone to, already being way ahead of the pack and actually at least for the most part sorted out potental jobs he was quick to lie down on the bed and just let his two companions do whatever they wanted. Link Jr was currently cleaning the room because dear lord it was filthy and Timcampy was currently chewing the pillow right by Allen's head.

He paid the golden golem no mind as he was solely focused on the device as he waved.]

Testing. Just making sure this actually works. If it is, hello. My name is Allen Walker and arriving in a strange new place is not my first time. [It made him wonder if it would be his last though... he hopes he wouldn't end up in another place after this.]

I have a couple questions about this place. Is this world really as peaceful as it looks? No hidden dangers or anything? [Because that was important really.]

Secondly, does this place have like training arenas? I don't want to just sit around all the time, so training is always good to keep me sharp.

[ He's been here a few days now, long enough to settle in and get a good feel for the cities around him. Honestly, Nikola was a little impressed with the diversity here and the lack of... the more unsavory things from his world. At least on the surface anyway. He was sure if he dug deep enough he would find the same issues here as he would back home.

However, he wasn't one to go digging unless he had to. Nikola was too used to playing the diplomatic route. ]

I have to admit, this place is rather lovely. One could truly learn to enjoy the tranquility a simple cup of coffee can bring.

[Which was exactly what Nikola was doing right now. He was sitting outside under an umbrella in one of the many cafe's in Genessia city with a piece of cake and a cup of coffee before him, simply enjoying the peace and quiet for now.]

But, I also have to wonder what secrets this place may hold. I have learned that when the surface is tranquil, there may be trouble beneath. I merely hope that I can avoid such trouble in my near future. 

[He idly takes a sip of his coffee, savoring a decent brew for once.]

So tell me,  does anyone have a favorite dessert or a recommendation of sights that should be taken in? I'd love to know.

While the party isn’t due to start for a good while, Fama’s crew has arrived excruciatingly early to make the most of the promised sunrise and their talent’s time. Most of the crew are milling about under the tent around the coffee bar that’s been so generously erected in the sand when they’re not prepping the area for the shoot.

When the talent arrives, they’re greeted by an array of staff members and stylists armed with swag bag totes filled with necessities for the day- water bottles, sunscreen, etc.- and a cap and a white, full zip sweatshirt tailored to just their size, all baring the company’s logo. Maybe a little out of place, given the sudden heat wave, but the weather has promised them a perfect day for the beach at a cozy 72 degrees… and a somewhat chilly morning, especially for those expected to pose in the early tides.

The talent is free to mingle, encouraged to get some coffee and breakfast from the spread, get to know one another, and chat about their upcoming performances for the day when they’re not busy with their shoots or slates, be they promotional for the company brand or for pre-agreed projects for clients.



The music starts long before anyone ever takes the stage, but when it finally stops and the chattering from the crowd dies down…the party really begins.

The lights finally move into action and cast their effects onto the stage and over the dancers suddenly bursting to life for the crowd. The welcome song is upbeat and… honestly borderline obnoxious, but it’s definitely there to set the mood for a massive beach party. Dove, today’s MC and resident ray-of-sunshine archangel takes the stage toward the end of the song to finish out the number with her fellow performers, then applauds along with the crowd as the group exits the stage and a new set arrives.

“Hey everyone,” she purrs over the microphone, breaking her ‘come hither’ character almost immediately and laughing as the crowd jumps to life again. There’s no point in even trying to subdue her bright and sunny attitude, even for a quick tease. “Welcome to Fama’s Beach Party of 2018!”

The onstage band starts another song, just the beat, and she continues her greeting over it, all the while playfully pacing the stage.

“If you haven’t caught on by now, I’ll be yours all afternoon, evening, and well into the morning if you’ll have me~” Alright, maybe she hasn’t entirely dropped the flirty bit- “We have some amazing performances coming your way today, and plenty to do along the shore, so kick back, grab a drink, and just let go. The day is ours so Let’s party!”

From there, she jumps right into the first two songs, then relinquishes the stage to the next long sequence of performers, only interrupting to introduce each musical guest.

She’ll be back here and there throughout the performances with a few playful songs and teasing one liners of her own to keep the party going.

Volleyball tourney

Further from the stage, Volleyball courts have been marked out with foam posts, nets stretched taut across the centers. There’s a staff member at each of the first few with a clipboard, ready to welcome teams to the pits and referee, while some of the courts further down are meant simply for fun (or practice). So grab some friends, a Fama beach ball, and ready, set, spike!


House Boat

Link and Sidon’s apartment that they shared was, indeed, a boat. So of course they had to bring it right to the party! The beaches were filled up, but their house boat was available for partying as well. While on it music played loudly, drinks were colds and in coolers that were scattered about the deck area. The music meant someone could dance, but also sit and chat while on the deck of the boat.


Feel free to swim out here and grab a cold one and enjoy some music! Sidon will have his Wailord out as well, moving through the waters. Jump on the back of this massive whale and enjoy the sun in style!


Races!

Along the shore of the waters, people will find jet skis that have been supplied for them. Whoever would like is able to pair up, or possibly challenge Sidon who is hosting this event. These jet skis are for races, and whoever wins gets bragging rights and the satisfaction of being the fastest! Do not worry about possibly falling off at any point, Sidon and his Pokemon will be in the water to assist. Samurott and Gyarados will be at the ready for any individuals that may topple into the waters.

Pair up and move out!

Surfing/jetskis/diving/kites/etc

For the less competitive party goers, there are also jet skis and surfboards along the shore further down, well out of the range of the races, should anyone want to partake. Just ask the guy in the Fama shirt, and he’ll hook you up with the equipment, while some of the other attendees might hook you up with some gnarly waves, dude.


The breeze also seems to be exceptionally cooperative today as well, even with the thirty degree drop in heat from the previous days. Grab a kite and try it out!




It would be a long, LONG day with no food or drink around. No one wants to be parched while they party!


Luckily for the crowds, there are stations scattered all around the event with spreads of fruits and veggies and treats of all types, all provided by local businesses from the area, but the centerpiece of it all is the large hut, surrounded by tables, chairs, and umbrellas under which one can find a fully stocked, well-staffed bar (provided, of course, by one Gale Reinhardt) and a grill covered in fare sizzling under the watch of today’s keyblade grill-master, Lea.


The hut is also conveniently home to a large display of merchandise for sale featuring the celebrities performing and currently in attendance. Snag a poster, album, or shirt (or two…or five) and hunt down your idols for autographs!




When Dove returns to the stage, the mood changes completely. She’s forgone her swimwear and changed into something much more romantic, hair in long waves cascading over her shoulder and her happy angel’s glow subtle and warm. The lights dim low until only she and the musicians are visible with soft lights- The sky will be the focus true for this one.


The show starts off as soft and sweet, fireworks popping up here and there in quiet pastels. The next song builds with a show of silver and gold then leads into the next and then final songs with a full array of colors.

The music can be heard anywhere along the beach, as the feed from the stage area will be pumped along through speakers spread here and there, take a seat, cuddle up with that special someone (or another drink), and enjoy the show.


Just because the sun is disappearing doesn’t mean the fun is slowing down! Glowing lights strung from umbrellas and posts that seem to be popping up along the shore, keeping things fairly well lit, but much more soothing than earlier in the day.

The Volleyball courts have now been outfitted with backlights and buckets of glow paint, should anyone wish to paint on and glo up in support of their team…or just for fun for photos!

There are also now staff members and photographers handing out sparklers, careful to pass on the safety instructions, but cheerfully enabling everyone to have fun!

The roll of the ocean and now (somehow) clear skies set the perfect mood for a stroll down the beach, away from the energy and volume of the crowds. It’s a beautiful evening, and the stars seem to provide a perfect sense of peace in stark contrast to the jam packed area near the stage.

The music continues right up until the last hour, at which point Dove takes the stage for one last time. The song is a little different, still energetic, but as it’s finally winding down and fading out, Dove takes her last bow and waves her goodbyes. “I, along with the Fama family want to thank each and every one of you gorgeous people for joining us today! We had a ton of fun, and hope you did too. Enjoy the rest of the evening, and stay safe out there, and we’ll see you all next time! I’m off to grab some s’mores!”

And with a kiss and a wink to the crowd, she’s headed off the stage as the music fades into a repeat of just the beat and then into generic house music.



Once the party has begun to wind down and the staff begins to break down the stage and light rigging, bonfires pop up along the beach, each large and welcoming and accompanied by a nearby box full of the necessities for s’mores. It’s the perfect place to plop down with a guitar, a drink, a lover, or just your friends and enjoy the evening and the stars hanging overhead.

…Just be careful not to fall in if you’ve had one too many…

[Futaba has been feeling pretty bummed since hearing about Mimi leaving. It's been pretty hard on her, but she's sure that Ryuji is taking it even harder. Glancing at the phone charm that was given to her by Mimi for her birthday, she let out a sigh. It wasn't much longer that she went to text him.]

Hey, are you busy? It's been a while since we've last hung out so, I thought we'd do something together or something.

[More-or-less because of Mimi leaving of course, but she's not going to say that.]

Uhm, hey. So with prom coming up and... Mimi was really into it... I need something to wear. Normally I'd stay home for something like this, but... Mimi was really happy when she finally pushed me to say I'd go. I know she's gone now and there's nothing keeping me to my word, but... I feel like I should still go because of her.

[And since she's going to prom in Mimi's memory -- since she literally begged her to come -- that meant she needed a date. [With the event a while back when Easter came around, Futaba was.... also affected. Although, her personality didn't change like some of her friends. Instead, she woke up in a different body completely one day. With some digging in her new digs as well as her new temporary room, it wasn't too hard to figure out who she was posing as.

Or rather, she didn't know their name, but rather an alias. With some hacking -- and man was it a lot more tricky -- and some digging, she eventually came to the conclusion that it was the other hacker that she knew here. It made sense once she looked into things, because quite frankly, it wasn't hard to hack into most things in particular at her skill level. This go around was much more complex and overall more protective. It was clear that whomever this was, they knew what they were doing.

Sombra. The one she spoke to about forming an alliance at one point. This was certainly a strange situation. She could have called her out ages ago, but she chose not to. More so because she was also a hacker; she knew secrecy and privacy was extremely important and she wouldn't put someone else in a tight spot when she knew what would happen. How did you call someone out from hiding while remaining inconspicuous though? She could send out a message as Alibaba...?

So soon enough, a message is sent on the comms. Hopefully she'll respond back. If not, well, Futaba knew what she looked like now.]

[ryuji, as he keeps on running around his apartment, is seen grabbing things like magazines and... glue?! oh god what is he doing. getting ready for calling cards again, maybe?!]

So Akechi helped me realize that we all have our Personas here! I didn't know that for the longest time and- dammit! I gotta catch up here! My clothes stayed the same, since I ain't seen as a threat here I guess... so we gotta get our costumes back!

Basically, let's get the Phantom Thieves goin' strong here in Genessia! I dunno about changing hearts but... we could still fight against shitty evildoers and stuff!

[It didn't take Katsuki long to figure out All Might was gone. As angry as he was over the fact, there wasn't time to dwell on that when there was the issue of keeping a roof over his head. The abandonment stung, but All Might wasn't the cowardly type, meaning: he had either been taken or left against his will.

Knowing that, Katsuki needed redbills for both his goals. And as violent as he was, actually robbing a bank would be crossing the line, so he needed to find legitimate employment.

Easier said than done.]

Genessia

[You might catch him at a small, casual cafe, with a sour look and apron tied haphazardly on his waist as he prepares to scribble down your order.]

Hurry the fuck up, there's five other tables waiting for you!

[Needless to say, the young couple nearby was not pleased when their baby began crying after that.]

[After being told upfront he needed to work on his people skills, he was promptly discharged. It was a fucking shitty restaurant to begin with. Maybe this bakery would pan out. The owners were intrigued by his explosive abilities and with all the robberies and crime, having a staff member who could follow a recipe and fight might prove to be a valuable asset--]

[Until he got a little too trigger happy and accidentally blew up a hole in the kitchen. Passerby's would see the curling smoke and a cross looking teen scowling as the owners explained that he would have to pay damages. Fuck, now he was in debt. Fortunately, no one was hurt.]

Nova City

[Perhaps it was best if he stay away from food. A desperate manager had taken a chance on him and now he was stuck standing for hours under the fluorescent lights of a shoe store that boasted shoes that played music and could actually make you run faster. Katsuki's face went from flat and bored to outraged in a split second while he started yelling at a customer:]

Hello, everyone. It's me... Madoka! Sorry that I've been so quiet lately. I wanted to work extra hard so I could buy some decorations for my apartment with Mami-san and Sayaka-chan.

I hope this doesn't come off as strange, but... um. I'm trying to find some hobbies here. I wasn't very good at anything back home and... well, my job made me really busy. [By which she means, becoming the Law of the Cycle and ceasing to exist.

More importantly, Madoka is thinking of Sayaka and Mami. Being a magical girl ultimately wore them both down, mentally and physically, and she wants to distract them from constant witch hunts. ]

What kinds of fun things do you all do here? We've got a new shot at life, s-so... Might as well use it, right? For me, I used to really love gardening with my father... Oh! But also, I'd go over to a friends' place when she got video games. I saw something here called "Virtual Reality MOO?" Is that like the cute farming video game? Does anyone play it? Um... is it fun?

[And would it appeal to both Mami and Sayaka's heroic natures without actually putting them in harms' way??]
